The administrators reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.


The administrators and moderators reserve the right to move any thread if they decide it better falls under the description of another board. Moved threads will appear to be locked; information regarding the new location can be found inside the old thread.


Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes (including the entire genre of so called "Free iPod" or related offers), and solicitations are inappropriate on Hyperfunkalicious.net.


Embedding related images or related links to inappropriate material, including (but not limited to) adult content or piracy, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account. Discussions pertaining specifically to illegal drugs and their uses will not be tolerated. Bring your thoughts about these topics elsewhere, please. The discussion of the circulation of pirated material, is strictly forbidden.


Members who pay for a subscription ("Benefactors") are not exempt from following the rules, and their accounts are subject to suspension and termination should they be in violation. No refunds will be given to members who are in violation of this site's rules and regulations.
